Wapello Community Schools

It looks like winter weather is safely in our rearview mirror. I really hope I didn't just curse us! So, we are now needing to make some adjustments to make up for our missed time due to missed days and late starts. We are going to take four Wednesdays and convert them to full days. Those Wednesdays will be: March 19, March 26, May 7, and May 14. In addition, April 21 will now be a student day, which puts our final student day for the year at May 27.

Congratulations to Kolton Small who qualified for the finals at the Dickinson Relays today at the University of Northern Iowa. Kolton finished in 9th place out of 206 contestants in the Shot Put today. Congratulations Kolton!

The City of Wapello is now accepting applications for pool lifeguards for this summer. Applications are available at City Hall or from Mr. Marshall and are due March 21st.
