In elementary music, we have been talking about stringed instruments. A student of mine brought in her violin to share with her 3rd grade class.

The WHS Pom Squad competed at the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team competition on Thursday in Des Moines. They received a Division I rating in Class II Novelty, 4th place in Class VI Pom and a Distinguished Academic Award for having a team GPA between 3.5 - 4.0.
