Don’t miss the WHS Pom Squad send-off to state! The send-off will take place Monday, December 2nd at 7:30 p.m. in the WHS gymnasium. Doors open at 7:00. There is a free-will donation admission, with all proceeds going towards state costs. The team competes on Thursday, December 5th at the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Competition in Des Moines. The Wapello Arrows will open the 19-20 season tonight on the road as they face off with the Pekin Panthers. The JV will start the action at 6:00 p.m. with the varsity to follow at Pekin High School.
