Today's Staff Feature Friday shines the spotlight on one of our Wapello Elementary 5th Grade Teachers, Mrs. Samantha Smith.
Mrs. Smith is a graduate of Muscatine Community College and also Iowa Wesleyan University, where she obtained her education degree and her Iowa Teaching License.
Her family includes her husband Allen along with her son Jared and her stepdaughter Abby.
Mrs. Smith is in her 5th year in education, and she will be beginning her 2nd year on staff at Wapello Elementary.
In her spare time, you can find Mrs. Smith spending time with her family and friends and doing activities outdoors.
When we asked Mrs. Smith what she likes best about working at the Wapello Community School District, she had this to say, "I like the staff, students, and I enjoy teaching 5th grade."
