2021 Senior Spotlight: Our final Senior Spotlight goes to Grace Ann Ealey. She is the daughter of Darrin and Kristene Ealey. Grace has been very active while in high school, participating in NHS for two years, Track for three, and Volleyball for four years. After graduation, Grace plans to attend MCC to pursue a degree as a Veterinarian Technician. The teacher who has influenced Grace the most is Mrs. Marshall, because “she always has a positive attitude. The way she teaches makes math really easy to learn and she is always willing to help. Also, she never leaves anyone behind and makes sure everyone has time to get their work in on time.” As for advice to underclassmen, Grace says “don’t procrastinate with college stuff because it makes it a lot harder in the long run.” Best of luck and congratulations to Grace on her upcoming graduation.

2021 Senior Spotlight: As the Seniors have their last day of school today, the Senior Spotlight is to Dawson Lee Holmes. He is the son of Jamie and Aaron Holmes. While in high school, Dawson has been involved in Track and Baseball for one year, and four years in Football and Basketball. Dawson is undecided on this plans after graduation, but sites Mr. Dunham as the teacher who has had the greatest impact on him. This is because “he helped me learn [through] a lot of hands on work.” Dawson’s advice to underclassmen is “Always listen to the teachers and turn work in on time.” Congratulations and best of luck in future.
