The Class of 2027 attended a College Rep Fair today at Southeastern Community College.

Mrs. Mairet's Human Growth & Development classes went down to SCC in West Burlington to tour and learn about the Early Childhood/Education SCC classes/program. We had so much fun interacting with the kids in the on-site daycare center and doing a mock assessment with them!

JV Football fans... due to lingering injuries and illnesses, Wapello will not play a JV football game at Van Buren on Monday, October 13. The varsity game for Friday will go on as scheduled.

Tonight is PINK OUT & youth night! Show up in your pink 💕 to show your support for breast cancer awareness month! The Arrows take on Hillcrest in a conference match up.
JV will kick us off at 5:30pm and varsity to follow, there will be NO fresh/soph!
7th grade volleyball stats. 7th graders completed their volleyball season with a 6-2 match record with wins over Pekin, WACO, Columbus, Hillcrest, Lone Tree, and L-M. The girls had a set record of 15-9. The girls had a great season and wish them success in their future activities.
Wapello concluded its JH Volleyball season last night. 8th grade volleyball season stats. Conference Match record of 2-5 with wins over WACO and Columbus. Set record of 6-15. Girls showed much improvement from last year winning more matches and sets compared to their 7th grade year. Keep up the good work and best of luck next season.
Carson Carney was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” He shared his favorite book with us, “Don’t make me laugh.” We all agreed this is a great book. Carson also showed us his piano book, we can’t wait to hear him play!
