Youth night tonight at the soccer games. Youth teams will be recognized at halftime of the girls game. Approximately 5:40. Please have the kids at the field by 5:30.

Reminder that tonight is senior night at the soccer games. Girls play at 5 and boys will follow. Senior night is between games. Senior parents, please arrive by 5:50.

The Arrows soccer team is at home tonight. They will compete against the Mediapolis Bulldogs in a non-conference match up. The match will begin at 7:00 PM. Its a big night on the field tonight, its senior night! We will celebrate our seniors between the girls & boys games. Youth teams will be announced at the halftime of the girls game.

The Wapello girls golf meet was postponed after multiple lightning strike delays in their meet last night vs LM. Girls were able to play 6 holes and the dual will be made up Monday during the conference golf meet at Sheaffer's in Fort Madison.

Today, the kids had a chance to recognize some of the many great qualities about our teachers and staff beyond their "teaching" skills. Our staff are awesome for many reasons and our kids see that. Thank you and happy teacher appreciation week!

The girls soccer game tonight 5/4 is now canceled.

Congratulations to the Wapello Middle School and Elementary Battle of the Books Teams who competed last week in Fairfield. The Middle School Team, comprised of Dominick Brentise and Brooklyn Frakes, came in 7th of 29 teams. The Elementary Team, made up of Warren Lanz, Miles Lanz, and Kalvin Lanz, finished 8th out of 24 teams. Middle School students had to read 13 books; Elementary students had 12 books to read. It is another busy week in the spring activity period. Here is a look at our scheduled activities for this week at Wapello Jr/Sr High.

The Baseball apparel store is now open. The store closes on 5/10.

The Indians & Arrows track teams are on the road tonight. They will travel to Columbus to compete in their co-ed track meet. The meet will begin at 4:30PM. Good luck, Wapello!
